Where Did Dinosaurs Go According to the Bible?

The Bible does not directly explain the extinction of dinosaurs. If dinosaurs were among the creatures that lived before the Flood, their disappearance could be discussed in connection with the Flood and subsequent changes to the earth, but Scripture does not explicitly make that connection.

Genesis describes a world in which God created land animals: “And God made the beast of the earth after his kind” (). then describes a world filled with violence and corruption, followed by the Flood. The Flood destroyed terrestrial life outside the ark: “And all flesh died that moved upon the earth” (). After the Flood, Scripture describes a dramatically changed human environment.
